‘Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai’ Review

Thanks to Madman we had the chance to see ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai’, a romantic adolescent science-fiction adventure.

At his high school, Sakuta Azusagawa meets several girls dealing with ‘puberty syndrome’, a mysterious abnormal experience caused by instability during adolescence. One of them is Mai, a teenage celebrity on a break from her acting career who suddenly starts to disappear and can no longer be seen by any of her classmates except Sakuta. He helps her with her issues and a romance blossoms. But you will never guess where this story is going.

‘Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai’ is a thirteen-episode series that is much more than its title would suggest. This anime has engaging characters, an intriguing story and a very well written plot, all suffused with good sense of humour, family ties and a charming romance.
