Rock – Singles of the Week

Slipknot – The Devil In I

You Me At Six – Lived A Lie

With the band headed our way in  a few short weeks we have had their latest album Cavalier Youth on repeat to gear us up. Earlier this week we had a chat to Dan Flint, the drummer, of You Me At Six to chat about their upcoming tour of Australia and their Aussie mates Tonight Alive. To read our chat, go here

The Neighbourhood – H8M4C1NE (Hate Machine) ft. Danny Brown
While it’s not our favourite The Neighbourhood song, it’s still exceptional. The edgy hip-hop mixed with alt-rock track just goes to show that these boys know how to make good music and have established quite a distinct and unique sound for the band that is cross-genred and undefinable, in the best way possible.

Pop – Singles Of The Week

Labrinth – Let It Be

Labrinth is a something out of this world. The way he is able to captivate us with his latest single is unbelievable. We can not even begin to express in words how much we love this track… so we are not even going to try!

Ben Howard – I Forget Where We Were

Calm, cool and easy listening are the three words to describe Ben Howard’s music in the past. The same goes for his new songs ‘End Of An Affair‘ and the latest released by the singer songwriter ‘I Forget Where We Were’. It’s really good to hear new music from the Brit Award winner after disappearing for while to work on new music. Like the first song revealed, ‘I Forget Where We Were‘ has the same magic that has us head over heels in love with Ben Howard. When song was announced it was revealed that this will be the title track off his upcoming album release date was also set for October 20 (UK date, watch this space for updated Australian date).
