PVRIS release ‘Fire’ ahead of Australian Tour with Circa Survive

PVRIS has releaved the latest track entitled ‘Fire’, off their debut album White Noise, which is out now. The latest track to spark from the album is Fire, a punchy and melodic track which catches and ignites within seconds and is sure to blaze a path for the Massachusetts based trio in the lead up to their much anticipated first shows in Australia with Circa Survive next month, dates below.

PVRIS’s debut album White Noise, is one of those new releases that gets people talking. The album is its own entity, a collection of dynamic, surging tracks, fostering an interest in electronic music and  pop-tinged rock.

“We knew we wanted to go in a more electronic direction on the album,” lead singer Lynn Gunn says. “We had that vision but we had no clue how it would actually sound. We let the music find itself.”

The songs on the album are connected through the lyrics and the title, which evokes both the supernatural and the harsh sound created by TV static and electricity. Each song exists as its own entity, embracing different musical vibes, but there is a sense of cohesiveness through White Noise.

White Noise, featuring St .Patrick, My House and Fire, is out now on Rise Records.
