PNAU joins Eskimo Joe at Russian Standard Vodka Live At The Chapel

In a unique Australian double bill performance, PNAU will take the stage for the final RUSSIAN STANDARD VODKA LIVE AT THE CHAPEL of the year, joining Perth rockers Eskimo Joe on Wednesday 23rd November at St Stephen’s Anglican Church in Sydney’s Newtown.

Recognised globally for their epic techno pop, PNAU, comprised of Peter Mayes and Nick Littlemore, is an exciting addition to the Chapel stage, guaranteeing an unforgettable night for music fans and ensuring this Chapel event will be the hottest ticket in town!

PNAU’s latest album Soft Universe features recent hits ‘The Truth’, ‘Solid Ground’ and new single ‘Unite Us’. Touted as a pop record in the traditional sense, Soft Universe has been influenced by many great acts, from Empire Of The Sun to Bowie and Bono, from Burt Bacharach to PNAU’s new mentor, Elton John. Last week, Soft Universe received an AIR Award for Best Independent Dance/Electronica Album, and was announced as a nominee for Best Dance Release at this year’s upcoming 25th Anniversary ARIA Awards.

MCM Media’s Chief Executive, Simon Joyce, expressed his great delight at securing such a strong line up for the next Live At The Chapel event, saying, “This is a real coup, to be able to deliver two incredible Australian acts for our first Chapel double bill. Eskimo Joe are at the top of their game, having just scored six ARIA Award nominations, they are the finest rock act in the country, and PNAU are smashing it overseas, they look destined for global success.  To be able to present them on the same stage is a defining moment for Live At The Chapel, we’re in for a very special evening”.

One of Australia’s premier live music events, Russian Standard Vodka Live At The Chapel delivers a second-to-none music experience; for those in the crowd at the majestic St Stephen’s Anglican Church in Sydney’s Newtown and for the millions more who experience it online, on radio and on TV.
