“We are really excited to bring the Battlefield Film Challenge to our Australia and New Zealand fans and think we are giving filmmaker’s a great platform to receive exposure for their creativity, talent and passion”, says Craig Auld, Label Marketing Lead. “Specifically, the Battlefield theme is quite broad, so we cannot wait to see how our game is incorporated in each of the entries.”
The five finalists will be flown to Sydney for a special screening event at the Bondi Pavilion on Friday 23rd May. Each video will be showcased to the public, followed by the winner announcement of the AU$10,000 grand prize. The five finalists will also be featured on the official EA Games YouTube site, EA Games ANZ and Battlefield ANZ Facebook pages with a combined audience of over 650,000.
