Joe Manganiello, best known for his role as werewolf “Alcide Herveaux” in HBO’s dark fantasy horror television series, True Blood will make his first ever Australian convention appearance at Oz Comic-Con in Melbourne on 9th and 10th June.
Recently, Manganiello has taken on the role of supervillain Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in the DC Extended Universe. Joe has also starred alongside Channing Tatum in the hugely popular Magic Mike and Magic Mike XXL, and most recently in the blockbuster hit Rampage alongside Dwayne Johnson.
Participating in panels each day at the event, fans will also have the chance to get photographs and autographs, as well as be part of an exclusive meet and greet with Manganiello.
Manganiello will be joined by guests Julian Dennison (Deadpool 2 & Wilderpeople), Keiynan Lonsdale (The Flash), Clare Kramer (Buffy The Vampire Slayer), Katherine McNamara (Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments), Christopher Larkin and Tasya Teles (The 100), Lesley-Ann Brandt (Lucifer) and local comic book artists Matt Kyme (creator of “The Demon”), Wayne Nichols (Marvel Comics, “Star Wars: The Force Unleashed”) and Dean Rankine (“The Simpsons Comic”).
